Wood Fired BBQ LLC

We are a family based bbq food trailer just starting out. We have been in business for just over a year. I have been cooking back yard bbq and smoking food for 20 years. I retired from Pueblo County with 33 years of service emergency services and planning and law enforcement. My wife retired from the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office and is currently working at Colorado Department of Corrections. I am a life long resident of Pueblo. Our food truck offers smoked bbq foods: brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken, homemade side dishes including smoked macaroni and cheese, smoked baked beans, coleslaw and pasta salad, homemade bbq sauces (sweet and tangy, sweet with heat and green chili bbq sauce).
