Black Cat Organic Farm is a 425 acre diversified vegetable and grains farm in Boulder County that also raises pastured Karakul and Tunis sheep and Mulefoot and Mangalitsa pigs. The farm was founded by Jill and Chef Eric Skokan in 2007, who also own Black Cat Bistro and Bramble & Hare restaurants in Boulder. The farm has a Farm Store, CSAs, and booths at the Boulder & Longmont Farmers' Markets.
