Our hyper-local hydroponic farm is growing over 50 varieties of plants with 95% less water, 100% wind-powered, and no chemicals – ever. We are not just a farm, we are also a restaurant and a market all under one roof. Everything at Farm & Market – from the just-harvested produce in our market to the chef-crafted recipes at our restaurant – comes from greens grown right in house at our flagship location in Denver, CO.
