Colorado Q

Colorado Q has been serving the western slope of Colorado since 2016. We started as a food truck and have grown into multiple trucks with catering services, as well as offer our BBQ in our brick and mortar ice cream/bakery in downtown Grand Junction. We created all of our recipes from our dry rub we use on the meats to the bbq sauces. We buy all of our meats from our local meat market, fresh tortillas and chips from our local tortillaria, and local grocery stores and farmers for our fresh produce. All of our menu items are made in house prior to each event/catering to make sure we provide the freshest and highest quality product we can. We are born and raised in Grand Junction Colorado and use our business to support many local non profits and fundraisers.
