Welcome to Fig & Olive. We believe that good bread starts with simplicity — organic grains, high-quality ingredients, patience and love. We do not use preservatives or dough conditioners of any kind. Our artisan sourdough loaves are hand-crafted in small batches using traditional methods that honor the natural fermentation process, resulting in a deep flavor, beautiful crust, and nourishing crumb. Alongside our signature sourdough, we bake a selection of goodies, like buttery scones, light and airy focaccia, challah, amazing cookies, sweet loaf breads & more— all made with the same love, care, and honest ingredients.
