Uan Hollow is a livestock operation focused on restoring pasture health through biodynamic & mob grazing techniques with the bonus yield of nutritious meat. We also reclaim "waste wool" from our sheep & others in the area which is milled into wool pellets – a high-nitrogen, sustainable, biodegradable soil amendment – available to growers of all types on the Western Slope.
