We're a cottage-licensed family microbakery creating artisan sourdough breads, pizza crusts and some sweeter treats. Everything we bake is naturally leavened with wild yeast and traditionally prepared. We feel the 'slow food' movement, rooted in true community is what humans need to flourish, today! Our mission is to nourish our neighbors and friends with nutrient-dense food, and to teach our community about the health benefits of sourdough using as many local, organic ingredients as possible.
