Amy Lasley’s Rocky Mountain™ Salsa is a locally produced salsa and has been in business since 1991. Produced with fresh onions, jalapenos and cilantro. No added sugar or preservatives, no vinegar and low sodium compared to other salsas. Available in the “Original recipe”, a medium-mild and a spicy variety called “Closer to the Sun”, both in a chunky style. A traditional salsa recipe loaded with flavor. Currently producing the salsas in our Fort Collins commissary. Amy Lasley, owner of Rocky Mountain Salsa Company, is proud of producing the highest quality salsa possible. Amy, her husband, Gregg, and son, Keegan, are all involved in the production of Rocky Mountain Salsa, and are determined to keep it delicious, consistent, and flavorful, no matter how many gallons they make.
