Conditional Gardens

Conditional Gardens is a community-oriented indoor farm in Golden, Colorado. We grow a variety of gourmet mushrooms, microgreens, greens, and herbs year-round. We harvest for flavor, freshness, and consistency, selling directly to restaurants and to households across the Denver area. Our Farm Box launches in October 2026. Each rotating box centers on what we are harvesting - mushrooms, microgreens, greens, and herbs - with occasional products from nearby farms and food businesses. Customers can order once or choose a recurring schedule, then use a neighborhood pickup hub or home delivery. We believe a farm should strengthen the community around it. That means creating practical connections between growers, restaurants, local businesses, and neighbors; keeping more food dollars circulating locally; and being transparent about how and where food is grown. Our goal is simple: grow food people genuinely want and make local food easier to buy.
