Conditional Gardens exists to grow exceptional food and strengthen the neighborhoods we’re part of. We operate an indoor, soil-based farm producing gourmet mushrooms, microgreens, herbs, and greens with flavor, freshness, and consistency as the priority. By controlling the growing environment, we harvest at peak quality while using less land and water than conventional farming. We partner with local businesses, create neighborhood pickup hubs, and collaborate with nearby farms to broaden what we offer. We believe fundamentals still matter: no lock-ins, no gimmicks—just food people genuinely want, grown with care and transparency.
