Restin' Peas LLC is a small Colorado business growing fresh, flavorful microgreens with a healthy dose of care (and just a few pea puns). We specialize in vibrant, nutrient-packed microgreens, including pea shoots, sunflower shoots, broccoli, radish, kale, cabbage, mustard, and other specialty varieties, all grown indoors in a carefully controlled environment. We never use pesticides or herbicides, and every crop is harvested just before it reaches our customers to ensure exceptional freshness, flavor, and shelf life. Our mission is to make it easy for Coloradans to enjoy fresh, locally grown greens while supporting Colorado agriculture.
