We are a family owned and operated business. We make everything by hand, from scratch. We also use a special flour that is different than what you would find on the grocery store shelves. Our flour does not contain potassium bromate. Potassium bromate is a known carcinogen that is banned in many countries, but not ours. Maybe people that think they are sensitive to wheat, or gluten, often do just fine with our breads. It's usually the potassium bromate that they are sensitive to.
