We have a unique proprietary method for controlling our kombucha's acid profile through nature. For example, instead of the typically strong vinegar note often found in kombucha, we make that a minority flavor note and use other beneficial acids to lead the way like malic acid which you find in green apples. With this technique, we can fully ferment our kombucha without the vinegar taste and insure that's it's microbial dense while super approachable in flavor.
