Chinampas is a small, local farm rooted in Southwest Colorado, focused on growing fresh gourmet mushrooms and produce through sustainable methods. We combine low-waste practices with careful cultivation to deliver clean, high-quality food directly to our community. We grow food the way it should be grown.
