We specialize in the preservation and promotion of the endangered heritage breeds and heirloom varieties that have sustained us for countless generations. These heritage breeds and heirloom varieties have retained the vigor and flavor that have been unfortunately sacrificed with the advent of modern factory production.
We offer online sales through our webstore, Farmers Markets (especially the Elbert County Marketplace, Elizabeth), and via a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program.
We deliver to many locations in Northern Colorado Springs and from Kiowa through Elizabeth, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Southern Denver, Aurora and Parker.
