The San Luis Peoples Market is the successor to the oldest grocery store in Colorado, the historic R&R Market (est. 1857). The Acequia Institute rescued one of Colorado’s most endangered places in 2022. The Market hosts a deli operation, full service meat department, and specializes in local heirloom crops including bolita beans and chicos del horno.
