Woman own business that started in 2015, operated USDA inspected production plant in Erie Colorado for six years, closing in 2021 due to COVID. New operation began in September 2024 with a successful Farmers Market in Erie in the summer of 2025, ready to return to retail in November 2025!
We sell authentic Argentinean empanadas such as Spinach and Cheese as well as some Colorado favorites like our Chile Relleno and Mac-n-Cheese. We also have a desert empanada our Cherry Colorado Cheesecake. Our newest empanada is called our Chorizo Impos-Enada made with a plant based Chorizo.
