Hyphal Knot LLC is a family owned and operated mushroom farm in Craig Colorado. We grow high quality gourmet and medicinal mushrooms for discerning chefs, specialized grocers, home cooks, farmers markets and to everyone interested. Our goal is to produce a consistent and diverse crop of the highest quality year round at a price that is affordable for everyone. Our commitment is to provide the freshest, safest, highest quality mushrooms and mushroom products. Our intention is to improve our Community by contributing to our local school, community events, clubs and associations. We are committed to conserving energy in our operations by using sustainable methods and recyclable materials.
