La Fiesta is a third-generation family-owned Mexican restaurant founded in 1964 by Michael W. Herrera. For over 60 years, our family has been honored to serve the Denver Metro area with our own interpretation of only-in-Colorado Mexican fare, and we are considered by many to be a Denver Institution.
Our restaurant began its existence in a former grocery store in the historic Curtis Park neighborhood that remains our current location to this day. Our menu features our award winning and world famous green chile and chile rellenos.
We recently expanded our reach by placing our award-winning salsa (La Fiesta Restaurant Authentic Hot and Spicy Salsa) in grocery stores to bring restaurant quality salsa inside the home.
