Wild Cider

Wild Cider was born from a passion for craft cider and Colorado’s apple-growing heritage. Founded in 2012 on 14 acres in Firestone, Wild Cider launched with big ambitions, planting over 1,100 apple trees to help revive Colorado’s orchard culture. The team dove into crafting small-batch ciders with bold, unexpected flavors, earning a loyal following for something fresh, fun and a little outside the norm. Wild Cider quickly became a local favorite for those looking beyond the beer tap. In May 2025, Wild Cider entered a new chapter under the care of five longtime friends, all rooted in the community and eager to keep Wild Cider’s welcoming spirit thriving. Their promise is clear. They will honor Wild Cider’s legacy, push boundaries with inventive small batch ciders, host lively events, and serve the perfect pairing with every pint: our wood-fired pizza, made to order. From classic apple to adventurous mash ups, each keg is tapped with fun in mind.
