A vital part of our promise is that our cattle are never given antibiotics or hormones. Avoiding antibiotics helps in the broader effort to combat resistance, and foregoing hormones supports their natural growth cycle. For the final 60 days, we transition to a carefully managed "grain finishing" phase using a non-GMO corn feed. This controlled period is essential for achieving the perfect balance of tenderness and the rich, desirable flavor that complements the excellent quality developed on pasture.
