Pfaltzgraff Farms is a 2200 acre regenerative dryland farm in NE Colorado. We are dedicated to soil health practices that regenerate the land, resulting in highly nutritious crops for the markets we serve. All of our crops our gluten-free, making our farm uniquely positioned to serve people who cannot tolerate gluten, while providing them with options that are more nutritious than conventionally raised grains. We host numerous research projects and innovation to further dryland agriculture, and offer continuing education for farmers and agriculture professionals that are committed to soil health and regenerative practices.
