We are a dedicated gluten-free millhouse in NE Colorado, near the town of Haxtun. We source our regeneratively raised corn, millet, and oats from Pfatlzgraff Farms, who is dedicated to soil health practices that regenerate their land and increase the nutritional levels of their crops for the best gluten-free grains your family has tasted. We're able to trace your flour and baking mixes back to the farm, giving you transparency from field to pantry ensuring it's "purely gluten-free."
