Christensen Ranch

Christensen Ranch is a Centennial Ranch located in Northeastern Colorado along the South Platte River. Our Red Angus cows raise their calves on dryland pasture through the growing season and corn stalks with supplemental forage during the winter months. The calves spend most of their life on grass pastures and then finish the last several months to add marbling on a high roughage/grain diet. We offer online boxed beef sales of our natural, grassfed/grain-finished beef, shipped directly to your door. Our products include a variety of beef cuts, summer sausage, beef sticks and jerky, and also offer custom bulk beef quarter, half and whole beef for spring, summer, fall and winter harvests.
