We are a locally produced seed-to-bottle hot sauce company. We propagate and grow 75 varieties of peppers for inclusion in our hot sauce recipes. We grow naturally with no pesticides, and we make our rainbow of sauces with a full spectrum of natural colors and flavors. Our focus is on flavor vs. melting faces off with excessive heat. All of our sauces rate 2-6 on a 1-to-10 heat scale, making them accessible to the palates of most people. We also have enough heat to satisfy those who enjoy a healthy does of spicy in their meals. Those who participate in our Farmer's Market tastings say they've never tasted anything like our sauces before – and they come back enthusiastically for more!
