We are a family-owned vineyard and winery located in Palisade, Colorado, on East Orchard Mesa, above the Colorado river. Our 10-acre property is surrounded by peach and cherry orchards with breathtaking views of the Grand Mesa and Bookcliff mountains. Our wines are made from grapes grown in our vineyard and neighboring vineyards. We have 6 varieties planted – Barbera, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The name restoration was inspired by our passion for restoration projects – from homes to cars (vintage Mercedes Benz) to vineyards.
