We are home to Denver’s favorite Mediterranean cuisine and have been family owned and operated since 2004, providing authentic home-style cooking right across the Colorado State Capitol building. We use the highest quality ingredients, exquisite spices, and generation old recipes to bring you the true flavor of our homeland. Our roots are from Aleppo, Syria and our fruits are in Colorado. We have been serving people of Denver, Colorado and people from all across the country!

We also sell our packaged hummus, baba ghanouj and garlic dips at local grocery stores for the last 15 years. We are always looking to expand to other stores and chains within Colorado.
