We are a small school in rule northeaster Colorado that has gone primarily farm to school with our breakfast and lunch program. I am looking to source as much Colorado product as possible to feed these children and staff healthy, homegrown food from Colorado while showing them that eating healthy can be delicious and fun. I am trying to think outside of the box in order to make the menu and recipes enticing to the students and staff.
