INGREDIENTS
- 8 ea large eggs
- ½ cup cheese blend, shredded
- ¼ cup cream cheese, cubed small
- ½ tsp Rub-A-Dub or All Purpose Seasoning
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked, chilled and chopped
- 6 ea 4oz mason jars with 2 part lid
DIRECTIONS
- Prep All ingredients as listed above
- Preheat Sous Vide Cooker and Water to 170˚ F
- Blend all ingredients except bacon until smooth
- Place chilled, chopped bacon into jars – divide equally between the 6 jars
- Slowly pour in egg mixture
- Close lids too finger tight, this will allow for some breathing and pressure release
- Carefully Place (submerge) in water bath
- Set time for 1 hour
- When done, using tongs and heat proof gloves
- Carefully remove Mason Jars and allow to rest for 2 minutes
- Unmold from jar using a thin bladed paring knife or eat with a spoon from the jar
- Option 2 – Remove from mason jar and chill for reheating and eating later
Shelf life after cooked and chilled – 2 days
Shelf life after cooked and frozen – 1 month
Store tightly covered in the fridge
