Low in cholesterol and fat compared to grocery store brands, highland cattle is some of the healthiest beef you can eat. We provide produce to local chefs, bringing our gardens to your favorite menu in the valley, and we also work with local tanneries to create beautiful rugs and home decor from highland cattle hides.
