Taste the difference the mountains make! Our beef cattle are raised in Evergreen Colorado at over 8500' elevation, by a 5th generation ranching family. Our cattle are raised wholistically, grass fed, and provided a natural, Colorado sourced grain. We do not use hormones to promote growth and focused on the health and well-being of all our animals. Our passions are our country and community, our animals and our land. Our beef is processed in a USDA facility, and we welcome custom orders.
